Job Details
Opening this Fall. Enclos will add a fine dining restaurant to downtown Sonoma. Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong and Saison), Enclos will offer a nightly Chef's tasting menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, we will showcase our wines as well as local and international wines.
Looking for the following FOH positions:
Back Server
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail, as well as a team player. While we prefer 2+ years in fine dining, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic will be just as important; however, we do ask you do have restaurant experience. The restaurant will be open Wednesday-Saturday, dinner service only. We offer a competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, accrued vacation time and 401K.
